During the Spring and Summer months Charleston's nearshore reefs, wrecks and beaches are inhabited with a variety of migratory fish. You can expect to catch Kingfish, Cobia, Amberjack, Barracuda, Snappers, Spadefish and Black Sea Bass around the wrecks and ledges. Giant redfish (20-40lbs), large Tarpon, several species of sharks, Tripletail and Menhaden move up and down the beaches. The option to fish nearshore and/or offshore provides anglers with plenty of opportunity to target different species. Captain Shane Sinclair of Charleston Inshore Charters provides the best chance at targeting these fish. All nearshore and offshore charters run on a 25- foot Sea Vee center console with a Yamaha 250. This boat is a one of the best rides around and is a proven fishing machine!
